We are a private service, not a government organisation or an agent endorsed by the Valuation Office Agency. The free Health Check is an initial assessment, not a guaranteed refund, reduction or formal valuation.
No guaranteed savings
We do not promise that every property is overcharged or that every check will produce a saving.
No automatic appeal
A completed Health Check can legitimately conclude that no paid action is currently indicated.
No false urgency
We do not invent deadlines or use pressure to make an owner sign a contract.

RatesAngel is not the VOA, HMRC, a council or a government service and does not imply endorsement by them.
Never give us your VOA password
If professional representation is ever required, the proper agent authorisation route must be used. RatesAngel will not ask for a customer’s VOA account login credentials.
